The Wesley Woods First Year Experience Program is designed to ensure new employees have a strong, successful start by providing the information, tools, and resources they need to feel supported, engaged, and connected from day one.

As part of this program, we use a series of structured check-ins and feedback opportunities to better understand each new employee’s experience and provide timely support throughout their first months.
