90-Day Supervisor Assessment
At the 90-day mark, supervisors complete a performance and integration assessment to ensure new employees are meeting expectations and receiving the guidance they need to continue growing.
The assessment includes five questions that the supervisor completes and then reviews with the new employee.
The purpose of the assessment is to:
- Confirms alignment with job responsibilities
- Identifies training or support needs
- Reinforces cultural expectations
- Strengthens supervisor–employee communication
- Sets clear goals for continued success
