Paycom / Onboarding System

How do I log into Paycom?

You will receive your login credentials via email before your first day.

I can’t log in—what should I do?

Employees contact your Managers/Supervisors

Managers/Supervisors contact HR for a password reset.

When do I complete my onboarding documents?

Please complete all forms before your first day to avoid delays.

What happens if I don’t complete my forms on time?

This may delay your start date or your ability to clock in.

Orientation & Training

When is New Employee Orientation?

Orientation typically occurs on your first day with your Onboarding Ambassador.

Do I have required training to complete?

Yes. Training assignments will appear in Paycom Learning.

How long do I have to complete my training?

Needs to be completed within 30 days of Start Day.

Pay, Timekeeping & Benefits

When will I get my first paycheck?

Your first paycheck is issued on the next regular pay cycle after your start date. Please refer to Resources and Tools for Pay calendar.

How do I set up direct deposit?

Direct deposit can be set up in your Paycom Employee Self-Service portal.

How do I view my pay stubs?

Pay stubs are available in Paycom under Payroll → View Pay Stubs.

When do benefits start?

Benefits are effective on your date of hire. After you enroll in Paycom, your elections are processed (typically within 1–2 weeks), but your coverage is retroactive to your hire date. Example: If you are hired on January 10 and your benefits are processed on January 20, your benefits are still effective January 10.

How do I enroll in benefits?

You’ll receive instructions and an enrollment window in Paycom after your start date.

Do I need to wait to use my benefits until processing is complete?

You may use your benefits once the carrier activates your coverage; however, all coverage is effective as of your hire date. If you receive care before activation is completed, you may need to submit claims once your insurance ID cards are available.

Work Schedule & Attendance

When will I receive my schedule?

Your hiring manager or scheduler will provide your work schedule.

How do I clock in and out?

Use Paycom Time & Attendance via the mobile app or designated kiosk.

What do I do if I miss a punch?

Submit a punch change request in Paycom and notify your supervisor.

Policies & Workplace Expectations

Where can I find company policies?

Policies are available on the Employee webpage under Forms & Policies.

Do I get a copy of the Employee Handbook?

No. All policies are on the Employee Webpage.

What is the dress code?

Dress code varies by department. Your manager will provide specific guidelines.

Who handles leave, disability, and FMLA?

Safety & Compliance

What should I do in an emergency?

Follow your community’s emergency plan and notify your supervisor immediately.

Am I required to get a flu shot?

Yes—annual flu shots are required for most roles.

What if I am injured at work?

Notify your supervisor immediately. HR will assist with the Worker’s Compensation process.

When will I receive my first performance review?

Wesley Woods conducts annual performance reviews each August. If you are hired before April 1 of the current year, you will participate in the upcoming August review cycle. If you are hired on or after April 1 current year, your first performance review will occur the following August.

Are there employee events or recognition programs?

Yes—there are newsletters, events, gift-card distributions, and appreciation initiatives.

Technology & Systems

Do I need the Paycom mobile app?

Yes. It is required for training, timekeeping, and communication.

What is Interplay?

Interplay is a digital learning platform used by Maintenance/Environmental teams.
