Paycom / Onboarding System
You will receive your login credentials via email before your first day.

Orientation typically occurs on your first day with your Onboarding Ambassador.

Pay, Timekeeping & Benefits
Your first paycheck is issued on the next regular pay cycle after your start date. Please refer to Resources and Tools for Pay calendar.
Direct deposit can be set up in your Paycom Employee Self-Service portal.
Pay stubs are available in Paycom under Payroll → View Pay Stubs.
Benefits are effective on your date of hire. After you enroll in Paycom, your elections are processed (typically within 1–2 weeks), but your coverage is retroactive to your hire date. Example: If you are hired on January 10 and your benefits are processed on January 20, your benefits are still effective January 10.
You’ll receive instructions and an enrollment window in Paycom after your start date.
You may use your benefits once the carrier activates your coverage; however, all coverage is effective as of your hire date. If you receive care before activation is completed, you may need to submit claims once your insurance ID cards are available.
Work Schedule & Attendance
Your hiring manager or scheduler will provide your work schedule.
Use Paycom Time & Attendance via the mobile app or designated kiosk.
Submit a punch change request in Paycom and notify your supervisor.

Wesley Woods conducts annual performance reviews each August. If you are hired before April 1 of the current year, you will participate in the upcoming August review cycle. If you are hired on or after April 1 current year, your first performance review will occur the following August.
