Strategic Plan


There is no standing still in the senior living sector. Demographics are transforming, rapidly (i.e. the exploding population of those 65 and older). Preferences are shifting, consistently (i.e. the demand for independent, amenity-rich retirement living). That means we must embrace change and plan proactively. Not only to keep up but, more importantly, to remain where we have been firmly positioned for more than seven decades – in the forefront.
