30-Day New Employee Surveys

Our 30-day surveys play a key role in monitoring early onboarding success. The surveys consist of five questions and are automatically delivered to new employees through Paycom.

• 30-Day Survey: Helps identify how well employees are adjusting, whether they have the tools and training they need, and where we can strengthen support during the first critical month.
  

These surveys allow us to proactively resolve challenges, improve communication, and promote a positive onboarding experience—ultimately supporting stronger engagement and retention.
