60-Day New Employee Surveys

Our 60-day surveys play a key role in monitoring early onboarding success. The surveys consist of five questions and are automatically delivered to new employees through Paycom.

• 60-Day Survey: Provides deeper insight into job fit, training effectiveness, team integration, and overall satisfaction as employees become more acclimated to their roles.
  

These surveys allow us to proactively resolve challenges, improve communication, and promote a positive onboarding experience—ultimately supporting stronger engagement and retention.
