Recognition is key in building relationships between managers and employees. It’s a simple way to recognize and celebrate team members for their contributions and accomplishments and create a “Culture of Connection”.  Wesley Woods has access to free e-cards on the Incentive Services platform. There are several categories to choose from when sending ecards, including:

  • Happy Retirement

Instructions:

  • Click the E-CARDS link at the bottom of page.
  • Review the Recognition Categories and send e-cards to your team members, peers, etc.
  • You can also review resources and presentation tips on recognizing individuals and groups.
  • You only need the person’s email address. No username or password is required.
