Join Mark in the lake pavilion to learn how the gifts of nature supplied the Creek with their everyday needs. As he explains, “We’ll explore some of the crafts and lore of Native American life, including the use of wild plants for foods and medicines. These resources still exist around us today and continue to be useful to those who follow in the footsteps of the first inhabitants of this land.”

Sounds fascinating! This is one you don’t want to miss. Call Teresa at 770-683-6859 by Friday, Sept. 25 to participate.

We’ll meet at the front entrance of Wesley Woods and then take golf carts to the lake.
Surprise! Each attendee will receive one of Mark’s popular books.

Event limited to 20 people. Masks are required.
