Tracy L. Crump is President & Chief Executive Officer of the Foundation of Wesley Woods, the philanthropic affiliate of Wesley Woods Senior Living, whose mission is to help people age with grace by providing housing and supportive services for older adults throughout North Georgia. With over 20 years of leadership experience in both for-profit and non-profit organizations, Tracy is a proven successful executive. Previously, she served as the Foundation’s Executive Director. Under her guidance, the Foundation realized great success, including raising $10.3 million – which exceeded the $9.8 million goal – in its recent Community of Caring Campaign.
Prior to joining Wesley Woods, Tracy served as Executive Director of the Georgia CIO Leadership Association (GCLA) and has also held positions as COO of the Girl Scouts of Greater Atlanta, CEO of Girl Scouts Heart of the South, Vice President of Enterprise Support Services for ServiceMaster, and as a National Account Manager for AT&T.
Tracy’s volunteer and community involvement include: Chair of the United Way of Greater Atlanta’s Women of Tocqueville Cabinet, Chair of the United Way Leading a Life of Purpose annual women’s leadership event, a member of Buckhead Rotary, a sustaining member of Junior League of Atlanta, membership in the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP) and the Georgia Planned Giving Council (GPGC), and an active volunteer and supporter of Year Up, where she was named the 2013 Mentor of the Year. Tracy has also served as the Chair of the Board of Directors of FirstWorks, a 501C(3) nonprofit based in Memphis, TN, whose mission is to meet the inner needs of inner city children, serving homeless children in the poorest zip codes of downtown Memphis.
Tracy is currently a member of Roswell UMC, and a past member of Germantown United Methodist Church in Memphis where she chaired the Evangelism Committee and co-led the Confirmation Class.
A graduate of the University of Memphis, where she earned her degree in Business Administration, she is also an alumnus of the Diversity Leadership Academy of Atlanta Class of 2011 and the Atlanta Women’s Foundation’s Women on Board and holds a Six Sigma Green Belt.
Tracy is married to husband, Lee, and together they have three beautiful daughters and a granddaughter.
The family currently resides in Brookhaven, Georgia.
